Going Abroad – Travel Vaccinations
We are able to offer general advice on travel vaccinations and dependant on the destination of your travel we can offer certain travel vaccinations.
If you are travelling and wish to seek advice from the surgery, please complete the travel risk assessment form and return it to the surgery with as much notice as possible – this can be found in the Section headed ‘ Documents’. We will then assess your needs and advise you accordingly.
Please remember that for some destinations, several vaccinations may be needed over a period time, so it is advisable to make enquiries at least 6 weeks before you travel.
