How To Register
For information about registering at the practice, please call in at the surgery or ring us on Hull (01482) 814121. To register you will need to complete a registration form GMS1 available at the surgery or available to download from the patient information documents and a new patient questionnaire, Summary care record, text consent and Sharing Data information.
Once accepted you will also receive details about the summary care record (SCR) scheme for sharing patient information with other healthcare professionals and details like online services and a practice leaflet.
New patients who register with the practice are offered a new patient health check with the practice nurse. This helps us to ensure that your records are accurate and routine checks to promote your health and well being are done.
Catchment Area
Bilton including Main Road and Ganstead Lane. The villages of Coniston, Swine, Wyton, Sproatley, Skirlaugh and Preston. Please see catchment area map. Registration are only accepted in the practice area.

The Laurbel Surgery address is 14 Main Road, Bilton, Hull, HU11 4AR
The surgery is situated in Bilton which is off the A165 (Holderness High Road) at the Swiss Cottage roundabout into Main Road (B1238) – access to the surgery is from the top of Ark Royal which is the first right turn after the roundabout which takes you into the car park.Surgery telephone no: (01482) 814121
