Feedback
From 1st December 2014, GP practices are required to engage with their patients to complete a friends and family test (FFT) with their patients. FFT is a feedback tool that supports the fundemental principle that people who use NHS services should be given the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience at the GP surgery and which information can be used to improve services.
The FFT questions ask patients if they would recommend the services and provide feedback to identify good services and identify actions to improve patient experience. When you visit the surgery you may be asked to complete a short questionnaire before you leave. Your co-operation in completing one of our forms is appreciated. We then report our findings to NHS England on a regular basis.
There is a report available analysing the returns received by the surgery. Please go to the ‘Documents’ section to view the results.
We thank you for your help and co-operation.
Should you have any suggestions to improve how the Practice operates or manages its services, please complete a Friends and Family Test feedback form.
Complaints
At the practice our aim is to provide the best possible healthcare to all our patients. We are willing to hear and listen to what our patients say. Should you have a complaint, concerns or suggestions about the service we provide this can be made through our complaints, comments and suggestion scheme. Please refer to our ‘Documents’ section on the website where you can print an information leaflet. Further details can be obtained from the surgery.
