Out of Hour's - Call 111
For medical assistance when the surgery is closed call '111'. Calls from landlines and mobile phones are FREE and the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to respond to health care needs
when:
• you need medical help fast, but it’s not a 999 emergency;
• you don’t know who to call for medical help or you don’t have a GP to call;
• you think you need to go to A&E or another emergency care service, or
• you require health information or reassurance about what to do next.
Calls to NHS 111 are handled by a team of highly trained call advisors, supported
by experienced doctors and nurses who use a database of all health care services
available to people in Hull.

65 and over Flu Injections,by appointment 
 

If you require a flu injection  because of being at risk because of an illness/ or 65 or over please call the surgery to book an appointment.

 
Send us your feedback - Friends and Family Test (FFT)
Please send us your feedback by completing the Friends and Family Test. The FFT was introduced back in December 2014 to give the surgery valuable feedback about the service we provide. All results are analysed and reported to NHS England. Your feedback, views and suggestions may help us identify any areas of improvements . Electronic Prescription Service - EPS
It is now possible to nominate a pharmacy to request your repeat prescription through EPS without coming to the surgery. If you wish to order your prescriptions this way, please ask at your local pharmacy about EPS, most pharmacies operate this scheme.
 
On-line Service
It is possible to book GP appointments and order repeat prescriptions on-line. If you would like to register for this facility, please contact the surgery for further details.

Patients can access a summary of their records through the online service. For further information please contact the surgery.

If you would like to join the patient group we would be pleased to hear from you. This is an open invitation to all patients in any age group. You can also join as a 'virtual' member via email and without attending the meetings. Please contact the surgery for further details.
